"Keep 'em Flying" Swing Dance & Dinner
An annual highlight of the WWII Heritage Days weekend, the "Keep 'em Flying" swing dance and dinner begins at 6:00 PM on Saturday, April 14 at the Dixie Wing Historical Air Power Facility.
Peachtree Jazz Edition-- Live Swing Band
Described as "one of the best bands in Atlanta", the Peachtree Jazz Edition has a loyal swing dance following and is returning to "Keep 'em Flying" for the eighth straight year. Based in Peachtree City, the 21 piece band recreates the atmosphere of WWII by playing a wide array of tunes from the big band era of the 30s and 40s, including Glen Miller, Benny Goodman and Tommy Dorsey. http://sites.google.com/site/peachtreejazzedition/
